Pentart Rainbow Paste

This is a flexible, water-based paste that dries either transparent or opalescent, containing holographic pigments that mysteriously glint, creating an icy effect, dries transparent. The effect differs on light and dark surfaces, but it is impressive anyway. It can be applied on any surface, excellent for stencil techniques.
